We will conduct the exact same raw athletic testing used at the MLB and NFL Combines, powered by Zybek Sports technology—trusted by high-level strength and conditioning coaches at college and professional levels nationwide for evaluation and player development. These tests provide the most accurate and reliable metrics to help you understand your strengths and areas for growth.

Tests include:

• Throwing Velocity, measuring arm strength throwing into a net. 
• Exit Velocity, assessing ball exit speed measured hitting a ball off of a tee.
• 60-yard dash, with 10 and 30-yard splits for acceleration metrics.
• Vertical jump, measuring explosive power.
• Broad jump, assessing lower-body strength and agility.
• Pro shuttle (5-10-5), evaluating lateral quickness and agility.
• Steal Reactive Agility Test (Steal RAT), our signature test, measuring raw base-stealing speed with a reaction-time element. Athletes react to a red light/green light system simulating a pitcher, combining speed and technique to identify true base-stealing potential.

How are college recommendations selected following the event?

When you register, we’ll ask you to provide information about what you’re looking for in a college experience—both on and off the field. This includes factors like geography, school size, academic programs of interest, religious affiliation (or none), cost of attendance, as well as your GPA and test scores (or target scores if you haven’t yet taken the ACT or SAT).

Using this information, along with your athletic testing results (projected to the time when you would be an incoming college freshman), we’ll handpick 12 college recommendations that align with your unique profile and preferences. These recommendations are not a directive or a limitation but rather a starting point to help guide your search in the right direction.

After the event, you’ll have one month of access to our College Baseball Research Platform, featuring detailed data on over 1,700 colleges. This platform allows you to:

• Research the average athletic and academic benchmarks for any program.
• Filter schools based on your background and preferences.
• Build a manageable list of potential right-fit programs.

Our goal is to provide you with both actionable recommendations and the tools to continue uncovering the best opportunities for your future on and off the field.

Your testing results are sent directly to you after the event, and they are yours to share as you see fit. We do not send or post your results or any of your personal information to anyone else.

The primary goal of this combine is to provide you with valuable insights into your athletic performance and where you stack up, so you can set specific, measurable goals for improvement. While this is not an evaluation event, you are welcome to share your results with coaches if you choose to.

What age groups should attend the event?

This event is ideal for athletes in 8th-12th grade who have a serious interest in playing college baseball.

For older players, now is the time to get serious and figure out where you fit in the college baseball world. This will help you focus your efforts on pursuing the right opportunities and making the most of your time.

For younger players, it’s invaluable to gain an early understanding of college baseball expectations and see where you currently stack up within your age group. With plenty of time for athletic and academic development, this insight allows you to set targeted goals and build a roadmap for success.

By removing the grey area of what it takes to play in college and replacing it with clear, quantifiable benchmarks, this event empowers you to make informed decisions and pursue your goals with purpose.

Bring all of your baseball gear, including cleats! Wear baseball pants (players may be sliding into second base). Also, don’t forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the event.
